Formed in the winter of 2008, The Invited consist of: Kathy Scott - Lead vocals Jack Harrison - Guitars Paul Hands - Bass guitar and backing vocals Bill Brooks - Drums and backing vocals Ian Fisher - Keyboards The Invited are talented, professionally-minded musicians with a collective experience covering many years, all of us having played with various bands over several decades. Between us we have appeared on Radio 1, made recordings at prestigious venues such as Maida Vale, and played support to such acts as The Levellers & Suzi Quatro. Depending on your requirements (and the size of venue), we come as either a 4 or 5-piece band. Our set-list covers most eras, with a slight bias toward the recent-modern. We normally play either 3, forty-five minute, or 2 one hour sets, but essentially, it's your function so we are happy to be very flexible about timings. We enjoy playing music (what's the point otherwise?), and we especially enjoy playing to, and engaging a live audience. Our shows are lively and energetic and the name of the game is FUN! In fact the only thing we're serious about is our commitment to our client - we have the confidence to state that we are 100% reliable. We pride ourselves on being not just a live band, but a full show, having a full p.a, our own lights, fog machine and backdrop, and we not only provide the live music for your function but, if required, we can provide the disco as well. (Please note that we do not provide a DJ service, we do however have a professional dual CD mixing console which is monitored and operated by one of the band members). Whatever you're requirements, we promise you a top quality show, that you and your guests will be talking about long after it's over.
